A clean, professional online shop that works on phones, tablets and computers. Customers can browse your products, choose what they want and place an order easily.
Customers pay securely online through Shopify Payments, with the money going directly into your own business bank account. Every order is confirmed automatically by email - a receipt for your customer and a notification for you.
Set up the way you actually deliver - a flat charge, free delivery over a certain amount, local drop-offs or collection in person. Customers see the right options and prices at checkout.
Every order is recorded in your online shop, so you can see what was ordered, who placed it and what still needs to be fulfilled. You will be notified as soon as a new order comes in.
SEO is part of the build, not an extra. We make sure your website is fast, well organised and easy for Google to understand. We also structure your shop so AI tools such as ChatGPT can understand what you sell and recommend your business when relevant.
You are in control of your shop. Add products, update your stock, manage orders and make changes whenever you need to. Your website updates automatically.
Behind the scenes
The customer purchases directly from your website, chooses their delivery or collection option and pays securely online. Once payment is confirmed, the order is automatically created in your online store.
You receive a notification with everything you need to fulfil the order, including what was purchased, the total paid and the customer’s delivery details.
You prepare the order and send it using the delivery method the customer selected. Once dispatched, you can mark the order as complete and keep your records up to date.
The payment is processed through Shopify Payments and the money is paid directly into your business bank account, with every sale and payout recorded.
If an order needs to be changed or refunded, you can manage it yourself from your online store. Full or partial refunds can be issued without needing to contact us.
Every order, payment and customer record is stored in your online store, giving you a clear record of what you’ve sold and who you’ve sold it to.
Pricing
Every business is different, so we will give you a fixed quote based on your exact needs.
The starting price covers a standard online shop. If your project is more complex, the price adjusts accordingly - but you will always approve the final figure before any work begins. What shapes the price:
Questions
Straight answers to the questions business owners ask us most.
We need to know what you sell and how you want customers to receive it. In practice, that means your product list, prices, varieties, delivery or collection rules, and your product photographs.
You do not need to write the website yourself. You explain your business and products to us, and we turn that information into the website content.
Yes. You can manage your products, prices, images, stock and orders yourself, without needing to contact us every time something changes.
Before launch, we will show you how everything works using your own products and orders. We can also record the walkthrough so you have it to refer back to.
Sometimes. It depends on how your current website was built and whether it can support e-commerce properly. If it can, we can add a shop to what you already have. If it would be better to rebuild it, we will explain why.
Adding a shop is not always the cheapest option, either. If the existing website was not built with e-commerce in mind, trying to add a shop can leave you with a slower, harder-to-manage website.
Send us your current website and we will tell you which option makes the most sense and give you one fixed price. Either way, you keep your current domain and email addresses.
No. Good photographs from a modern phone are usually more than enough. What matters most is that they are clear, well lit and consistent across your products.
You do not need an expensive photoshoot, but your products should be easy to see and presented in a similar way. If you are unsure whether your photographs are good enough, send us a few and we will let you know what, if anything, needs improving.
Most e-commerce websites take around 3 to 4 weeks to build. The timeline starts once we have the information, products and photographs we need from you.
There are three ongoing costs, none of them paid to Novoro Digital.
There may be no separate hosting cost. If your setup requires one, it will be included in your quote upfront.
The website is yours outright. The design and the code are handed over when the project ends, and we take no commission and have no ongoing contract with you.
Your Shopify account is in your business name, and your products, orders and customer records can be exported from it at any time. Shopify itself is a service you subscribe to rather than something you own. If you ever moved away from it, the website would need connecting to whatever replaced it, which is a job we can do.
Routine changes - products, prices, stock, orders - you make yourself in Shopify, and Shopify’s own support is there around the clock for anything on their side.
For changes to the website itself, or if you would rather hand the upkeep to us, our optional care plans cover updates, small changes and looking after the site month to month. Nothing about it is compulsory.
