Information you give us

Information collected automatically

We use Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and how quickly pages load. None of them store anything on your device. Google Analytics is deliberately configured with storage switched off, so it sets no cookies, cannot recognise you on a later visit and cannot follow you across other websites; Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled, so nothing collected here feeds advertising audiences. They produce aggregated visitor and performance statistics rather than profiles of individual people.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security, diagnostics and reliability.

How we use your information

• to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project;
• to deliver the services you ask us to provide;
• to keep this website secure, working and reasonably fast;
• to keep basic business records we are legally required to hold.

We rely on legitimate interests for responding to enquiries, keeping the site secure and measuring how it performs; on the performance of a contract where we work together; and on legal obligation for records we must retain. We never sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists you have not asked to join.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as it is needed to deliver the work and maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and is not linked to you personally.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We do use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms - delivers submissions from the enquiry form to our email inbox (privacy policy);
• Vercel - hosts this website and provides the Vercel analytics described above (privacy policy);
• Google - provides the cookieless Google Analytics described above. Your IP address is used to estimate the country a visit came from and is not retained by Google Analytics (privacy policy).

These providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards they have in place for international transfers. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
