Whether you want to replace manual processes, improve the way your team works, or create something entirely new, we build software around the way your business operates.
Move beyond pen and paper with one simple dashboard for managing sales, stock levels, customer records and orders, with everything organised and backed up.
Give customers a secure and convenient place to submit orders and access important information. Ideal for suppliers that receive regular, high-value orders from repeat customers.
Take a look at this internal system in practice - tailored specifically for a family-run poultry and egg producer in County Tyrone.
It was built because managing orders, stock, deliveries and costs across separate spreadsheets, text messages and paper records had become unsustainable.

Custom software can be useful for any business with processes that are repetitive, time-consuming or difficult to manage with paper, spreadsheets or multiple disconnected tools. It is particularly valuable when a business has its own way of managing sales, stock, orders, customers or other day-to-day operations.
We will first understand how your business works and identify where software could make a meaningful difference before recommending a solution.
Business systems start from £4,000. Because every system is built around the specific needs of the business, the cost can vary depending on what it needs to do. Once we have understood the requirements and agreed the scope, we provide a fixed price in writing.
You will know exactly what the project will cost before any work begins.
We first create a draft model of the system and a plan for the project, so you can see what we are proposing before we begin the full build. Once you have confirmed you are happy with the direction, we proceed with the project and take the agreed deposit.
The remaining balance is due once the system is complete and approved, immediately before it goes live.
There are no mandatory ongoing costs. Once the system is built, you can continue using it without a maintenance plan.
If you want regular updates, improvements or maintenance, we offer optional care packages. If your requirements are unlikely to change, ongoing maintenance may not be necessary.
Most custom software projects take around 2 to 4 weeks to build. The exact timeline depends on the size and complexity of the system, but we will agree a clear scope and timeframe before work begins. You will also be able to review the system as it develops and provide feedback along the way.
Not necessarily. A new system can replace a process, sit alongside existing tools or connect with them where a suitable integration is available. We map what should stay, what should change and what information needs to move before recommending an approach.
Yes. Your system can connect with the tools your business already relies on, where suitable integrations are available. For example, it could connect to your website to automatically bring customer enquiries into your database, or to your accounting software to bring in costs and financial information.
The aim is to connect the information your business already uses, reduce manual data entry and give you a clearer view of everything in one place.
Yes. We can transfer your existing data from spreadsheets into the new system, so you do not have to enter everything again by hand. We will structure and organise the data so you can start using the system with your existing records already in place.
Yes. We will walk your team through the system and show them how to use the features relevant to their role. The session can also be recorded, giving your team something to refer back to whenever they need it.
You own the system and are free to choose who maintains or develops it. We provide you with the complete codebase, so you are not locked into using Novoro Digital. Unlike a website there is no content management system to log into, because changes to software are made in the code.
If you would like us to handle ongoing updates and improvements, our optional care packages cover smaller changes and maintenance. Larger developments can be scoped and priced separately.
Yes. The system, its code and all the data held within it belong to you once the project is complete. We provide the complete codebase, so you are free to maintain, develop or move the system elsewhere without being tied to Novoro Digital.
Yes. Your system can be designed to work across phones, tablets and desktops, so staff can access it wherever they are working. It can also be added to a phone or tablet home screen for quick access, just like an app.
